Adam Miles
Managing Director
With a varied background centred around sales and customer service, Adam founded Athena in 2014 when he recognised the opportunity of providing housebuilders with aspirational products at affordable prices. Adam is involved in all areas of the business on a day to day basis and continues to ensure Athena create new and innovative products and solutions for their customers.
James Walker
Installations Manager
Although James has been with Athena since late 2020, he has many years of experience in management of installation teams across the kitchen industry. James manages the template and installation department, ensuring every aspect from template to install runs smoothly. He ensures the best possible customer experience by always upholding the highest levels of service and productivity within his team.
Mark Reynolds
Technical Manager
Mark has been with Athena Surfaces since its inception in 2014. Mark’s wealth of experience allows him to keep operations moving at pace. Mark is responsible for the technical running of templating and installation, supporting fitters and resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Having been with the business from the start, Mark takes enormous pride in seeing finished products leave the factory to be installed to the highest standard.
Fhalguni Patel
Office & HR Manager
Fhalguni worked with Adam before joining Athena when it began in 2014. She has 14 years of administrative experience and has managed a growing team over the years. Fhalguni has a CIPD level 5 in human resources and manages HR for the business. Her role includes ensuring the smooth running of a busy office and working environment. Many of the team at Athena have worked together for a long time, with many repeat clients, which Fhalguni puts down to the loyalty and trust the business has earned.
Liam Hill
Commercial Account Handler
Liam works with new and existing customers to provide them with the best price based on their designs. Liam has been part of the business since 2018 and makes sure every customer receives the highest level of service and a fantastic journey throughout. Liam reports on sales activities and assists with the training of key accounts, helping them to understand pricing programmes and provide faster quotes to their customers.
Rhiannon Chapman
Sales Development Manager
Rhiannon has been with Athena since 2019 and is responsible for contacting new housebuilders to introduce our services. From the initial contact, Rhiannon is there to explain how the process works and provide customers with the information they need. Rhiannon’s role includes ensuring our services and competitive prices reach across the UK. She works with housebuilders to provide the sales materials they need and to establish a streamlined supply chain with our customers.
